Q: What are the prices for a class?
A: Two hour painting experiences and therapeutic art sessions for ages 16 and up are both offered for $60. Private hour and a half kids’ birthday experiences ages 15 and below are offered for $35 per child per event. Check our calendar for scheduled classes.

Q: When do you post a new schedule?
A: There will be 3 months of calendar events/paintings available on the calendar with new
events added monthly.

Q: Will my painting be dry by the end of the night?
A: Yes, if there are a few damp places we will have hair dryers which will dry them quickly.

Q: At what time should I arrive for class?
A: Fifteen to twenty minutes would be plenty of lead time for you to get suited up in your apron.

Q: Do you do reserved seating?
A: Seating is first come, first served.

Q: Since it is around dinner, can we bring food?
A: Yes, feel free to bring in a snack. We like to multitask by eating, drinking and painting all at the same time! Any alcoholic drinks are only allowed at adult experiences 6:00pm and later.

Q: What do I wear?
A: Whatever is comfortable and you don't mind if a little paint gets on it. We do provide aprons.

Q: Do I need a reservation?
A: We do require on line reservations with payment to secure seats. Cancellations made prior to event start time will receive a store credit for use at a future event. No call/no show will not be issued a store credit. Registration for any class closes 24 hours prior to the class.

Q: Do you do private parties?
A: Yes, we can accommodate up to 20 painters. See "Hosting a Private Experience." We do not permit balloons or whole cakes.

Q: What size is the canvas?
A: We have art for several different canvases. Most of our paintings are 16 x 20, but we do also have 8x10 and 8x8 for kids experiences.

Q: Is there an age limit?
A: For kids birthday experiences we recommend ages 5-15. For Therapeutic Art we recommend ages 16 and up. It's a good idea to have a parent stay with each one of the little ones. Please note that it is the law that you have to be 21 years old to consume alcoholic beverages. See individual experiences for details.

Q: What is your refund policy?
A: A studio credit will be given to individuals canceling prior to the event start time. The studio credit will be good for 6 months. "No call/no shows" will not be issued a studio credit. If you are late to the event you will miss important instruction and we may not be in a position to get you caught up. No adjustments will be made for late arrivals. Q. What if I see an ad by a 3rd party Vendor at a discounted or inflated rate (Eventbright, Ticket Tailor etc.)?
A: Reservations can only be made on the TaDa! website. We do not allow reservations through any 3rd party. They are likely illegitimate.

We collect the user's name, date of birth, gender, address, mobile phone number, email address, credit card billing address, type of credit card, credit card number, credit card security code and credit card expiration date when the user makes a reservation and pays for a TaDa! class or purchases a gift certificate through our website. Information may also be collected from users when they sign up to be on our mailing list or participate in a survey.

Information Automatically Collected

The website also collects certain information automatically when a user visits our website, such as the type, IP address and operating system of the mobile device or computer being used, the identity of the user's browser, and information about the user's browser settings, how the website is used, the duration on the site and the pages visited. When you visit the website, we also may use GPS or other similar technology to determine your current physical location. No information is collected regarding the user's other online activities over time and across third-party websites, nor can parties other than TaDa! collect personally identifiable information about a user's online activities by virtue of your use of the website.

Children Under 15

TaDa! does not seek to collect and does not knowingly collect any personally identifying information from anyone under the age of 15. Prior to sending any information over the Internet about themselves (for instance, names, email addresses, and phone numbers), children should always get permission from their parents. We encourage all parents to take an active interest in their children’s online activities.

How We Use Information

TaDa! gathers user information in order to improve customer and web service, including making reservations and paying for experiences, purchasing gift certificates, and for usability testing purposes. We may use information collected in our marketing efforts, including sending you text, direct mail and email promotions, birthday gift certificates and other special offers. User information also may be used to analyze customer behavior based on demographics and other criteria relevant to our marketing efforts and to analyze the success rate of our marketing campaigns. GPS data may be used for geographic targeting purposes.

How We Protect Information

We have implemented security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information that we collect. In particular, the TaDa! website uses third party payments through WIX, which manages the complex routing of sensitive customer information through the credit card and electronic check processing network, adhering to strict industry standards for payment processing. These standards include at present 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology for secure Internet Protocol (IP) transactions, industry leading encryption hardware and software methods and security protocols to protect customer information, and compliance with the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard. Disclosure of Information to Third Parties

We may disclose information collected from users to third parties who assist TaDa! in operating the website or conducting its business, including usability testing, analyzing the success rate of marketing campaigns and advising us on marketing issues. This information is provided only after these outside parties have agreed to maintain the integrity, security and confidentiality of the personal information disclosed. TaDa! also may be required to disclose certain information to comply with legal requirements, such as subpoenas, search warrants, laws, regulations or court orders as part of a legal proceeding or a law enforcement agency request. Other than the foregoing and access through WIX for purposes of credit card and electronic check processing, currently, we do not share user information collected by the website with third parties and have no plans to do so in the future.
